Many of the important personalities of ancient Rome, like the well-known Emperor Cicero, decided to build their still visible residence in this place, which still represent one of the main historical attractions of the area.

Other major points of cultural interest are the marvelous Roman Theatre, the ancient Porto Neroniano (Nero’s Harbor), an example of incomparable marine engineering, and different archaeological and naturalistic sites that make Anzio unique and famous also beyond national borders.
For its strategic position near the city of Rome, but also for the direct connections to the Pontine Islands archipelago, thanks to the hydrofoils and ferries that depart from here, Anzio is a great choice to buy a house.
