The Project:

The renovation of the property aims to create eleven prestigious residential units while restoring the building's health and architectural finishes, which have been lost over years of neglect and stylistically inappropriate interventions.

The Residential Units:

The second-floor apartments will have double-height living areas overlooked by mezzanine spaces in the attic, accessible via internal stairs within each unit.
