The Project:
The renovation of the property aims to create eleven prestigious residential units while at the same time restoring the building’s healthiness and finishes that had been lost over years of neglect and stylistically inappropriate interventions.
The Residential Units:

On the upper floors of the villa and in the side wing, there will be seven additional apartments, ranging from 171 sqm to 98 sqm gross. Like the ground-floor units, these will be characterized by spacious rooms with high ceilings, typical of historic properties. The apartments on the second floor will feature double-height living rooms overlooking mezzanine levels, accessible via internal staircases within each unit.
Example:
Unit No. 10, located on the second floor, with a gross surface of 106 sqm and two parking spaces in the condominium parking area. The property consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
