From the ruins of an ancient Puglia farmhouse in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, between the baroque atmosphere of Martina Franca and the picturesque village of Locorotondo, a high-end accommodation was born in a country-chic atmosphere.

Located in the heart of the beautiful countryside, surrounded by rolling hills, the masseria has been skilfully renovated in a rural style, saving the authenticity of the place, working with old materials, and preserving the tradition and layout of the ancient Apulian farmhouses.

Like all the original farmhouses, it comes with a central courtyard where the life and activities of the peasants took place: around it there were the peasants' lodgings, the stables, the deposits for forage and crops, the rooms for processing products and obviously a church for Sunday Mass.
A staircase in the central courtyard led to the owner's residence which obviously enjoyed spaces, finishes and views of the Itria Valley.

Following a lovely renovation, the property now comes with 8 spacious bedrooms: 5 are accessed from the characteristic courtyard adjacent to the swimming pool and three are in the private apartment on the first floor with an independent entrance.
Most of the rooms boast characteristic vaulted ceilings.
On the ground floor, inside the courtyard, There is a large living room - accessible from the portico - a kitchen and a dining room all with barrel vaults, as well as the seventeenth-century church.

Separated from the internal courtyard there is a large pergola with a bar and plenty of seating to offer shelter from the summer heat, while a 12x4 rectangular swimming pool is just a few steps away.

The surrounding land measures approximately 5000 m2, sufficient to guarantee privacy and tranquillity.

Located a few kilometres from Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Cisternino, Ostuni and Alberobello, the property is located in a strategic position to easily reach the most beautiful places in Puglia. Furthermore, a quarter of an hour by car, it is possible to easily reach a golf course in Savelletri.

The airports of Bari and Brindisi are almost equidistant from the property:
