Farmhouse

This farmhouse is an ancient building, probably originally a Lombard watchtower guarding the main road connecting Florence and Arezzo. Over time, the property was expanded and converted into a rural dwelling, remaining in agricultural use until the late 20th century. In 2003, the property underwent a complete structural renovation, including the reconstruction of the roof, floors, and perimeter stone walls.

The house is free on all four sides and arranged over two levels — ground and first floor — and it requires a full restoration of the interior finishes. In terms of layout, it lends itself perfectly to being reinterpreted according to a personalized residential project.
